I pursue professional development through workshops, PLCs, and current research to enhance my instructional practices. Collaboration with colleagues is a key part of my approach, as I engage in planning to support student success. I also regularly reflect on my teaching, using feedback and student outcomes to guide continuous improvement.

- My professional development has contributed to my growth as an educator by enhancing my instructional strategies and reinforcing the value of reflective practice. I gained tools for differentiating instruction and increasing student engagement, which I plan on incorporating into my future classroom.
