MEES Standards

The Missouri Educator Evaluation System (MEES) is a comprehensive framework to assess and improve the performance of educators. It is designed to promote professional growth and enhance student learning outcomes. MEES incorporates multiple components, including teacher standards, classroom observation, student growth measures, and professional development opportunities. Through this system, teachers are regularly observed and evaluated based on the standards, receive constructive feedback, and engage in self-reflection and goal-setting. The ultimate aim of MEES is to improve teaching quality and provide a structured approach to educator development which will create a more effective learning environment for students.
